The management of Rumors Resort Hotel welcomes you to celebrate your special events at our venue. Our Venue is sought after for its elegant setting, its sizable layout, its enclosed facilities that offer protection from bad weather, our professional service and our very reasonable rates. Let us show you why we are the preferred with our full line of amenities to make your event a success, to make it worthy and most importantly, to make it a memorable one.

 

Friend, coworkers, or a family seeking a great place to gather for a special occasion such as a birthday dinner/ outing, staff outing, family dinner/ lunch, etc.

Time Allowed: Up to 12:00am
Music: We’ll provide (no DJ)
Catering: Its is mandatory that you hire our catering services.
Drinks: Must purchase from our bar
Use of Venue: None-Exclusive use (meaning our venue remains open to the general public).

Please contact us to find out how we can negotiate a catering cost & menu, or an extension time if necessary.

Small reunions of less than 50 persons or less for celebration purposes.
(Baby shower, birthday gathering, staff/class reunion, grad party, prom gala, etc.)

Time Allowed: Up to 12:00am
Music: You provide your own DJ and system if necessary or we can provide music for small events for non-dancing purposes.
Catering: Must hire our catering services
Drinks: Must purchase from our bar
Use of Venue: None-Exclusive use (meaning our venue remains open to the general public).

Rental for non-celebration purposes. (Mini-seminars, workshops, staff meetings, prayer sessions, pageants, etc.)

Time Allowed: Up to 12:00am
Music: we provide sound sysem
Catering: Must hire our catering services
Drinks: Must purchase from our bar
Use of Venue: None-Exclusive use (meaning our venue remains open to the general public).

Exclusive rental of entire venue for celebration purposes.
(weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, christenings, baby showers, family retreats, etc.)

Time Allowed: Up until 3:00am
Music: Must provide your own DJ and sound system
Catering: May hire your own catering service or choose to hire our catering services (we provide china, and silverware).
Drinks: You may bring your own drinks or choose to purchase from our bar.
Use of Venue: Exclusive use of venue.

For family-oriented Events, when you hire our catering service we provide our bar tending service FREE OF COST!

Note: Our venue is unique and as such, we MUST maintain a staff presence on site at all times during an event. For this reason, we require that our bartending staff be hired at small fee per bartender.
